How to avoid anxiety few days before NEET Exam!
Taking an exam isn’t just about studying, it is more about confidence. Some candidates feel nervous, some curious, some bewildered, some anxious. Exam anxiety is the experience of feeling an intense moment of fear or panic before or during the exam.
Stress is a temporary effect that could be beneficial if one decides to gear himself up for the challenge ahead or it could be devastating if it is allowed to overpower your capability.
Stay away from social media
Take 6 hours of sleep a day, try to eat healthy and when you decide to take a break, go for a walk instead of going on social media. Doing just this will help you focus better and reduce stress.
Concentrate on your notes
Do not study from any online medium or any reference book at this time. Concentrate on your notes and trust them blindly.
Don’t take any more mock tests
Mock exams are supposed to give you an idea about your weak topics, however, this is not the time to study any new topic. Moreover, poor performance in a mock exam can stress you out.
Do not let depression get to you Most students at this time feel that they’ve forgotten everything, this thought doesn’t let them sleep and reduce their overall output.
We want to tell you that you’re not alone, it happens with most of the students at this stage.
Stay confident, you have not forgotten anything, it’s just in your subconscious memory. You will instinctively know the answer in the exam.
Go and give your best shot. No need to panic, trust your preparations and abilities. You have really worked hard and will surely be able to crack NEET with flying colors.
Go make it happen NOW, because it’s never too late to be awesome.
Best of luck!
