Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences AIMS is housed in a unitary campus near the teaching hospital and has room for prospect growth.

Total number of E-Journals is 538. HELINET Consortium of RGUHS, Bengaluru is 296. 5527 Back Volumes of Journal is available, 777 CD’s, 29 Audio Cassettes and 30 Video Cassettes are available.
Hostel
Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences AIMS has separate hostel for both boys and girls inside the campus itself. Similarly separate Mess for UG girls, boys and nurses. PG Students and Residents have common Mess Facilities.
